J. Gregory Kala

Mr. Kala's practice has focused on commercial and residential title examinations and underwriting and the acquisition, financing, development, sale and foreclosure of commercial and residential property.

He has practiced exclusively in the area of real estate law since 1979, as an associate with the Atlanta firms Alston & Bird, and O'Callaghan, Saunders & Stumm, and as a member of Weiss & Kala, LLC. Additionally, he served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia to represent the State Department of Transportation in acquiring land for the expansion of the Metropolitan Atlanta State Highway System.

Rayan Hart-Culberson

Ms. Culberson has built an impressive career in the commercial real estate and title insurance industry. Her journey from working with real estate counsel at National Mortgage Company to emerging as the successor Owner of Republic Commercial Title Company, LLC, highlights her vast expertise in various facets of the field. Managing daily operations, commercial closings, and business development, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s success.

Her specialization in commercial title insurance, escrow services and expansive underwriting knowledge has been a critical asset in her success within the title insurance and commercial real estate sectors. This expertise enables her to assess and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that transactions are secure and compliant with industry regulations. Her deep understanding of underwriting allows her to navigate complex deals, protect clients' interests, and streamline processes, all of which are crucial in the highly competitive national market.

Rayan's leadership and vision were instrumental in transforming a local Georgia Title Agency into a formidable competitor on the national stage. By leveraging her extensive experience in commercial real estate and title insurance, she successfully expanded the company's reach beyond local markets. Her strategic oversight involved optimizing operational efficiency, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing service offerings, enabling the agency to compete effectively across the nation.
