In September, Rayan had the honor of being a part of Ascend: Leadership Beyond Limits with Fidelity National Financial, an incredible Women’s Leadership Conference led by women, for women. This event creates an empowering space to reflect on personal growth, strengthen managerial skills, and build meaningful connections across industries.
This year, she was deeply honored to speak on “Generational Leadership: Becoming the Leader You Needed.” Together, we explored key questions that shape the leaders we are—and aspire to be:
What leadership qualities do you wish you had seen modeled earlier in your career?
Were there moments when you were not the leader you should have been?
How has your leadership style evolved with experience?
How can we intentionally create space for others to lead?
The conversations were honest, inspiring, and transformative. Ascend is one of the best programs she’s ever participated in, a space that pushes you to grow both as an individual and a leader in your industry.
